1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is received.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable shipping services with estimated delivery times based on your location:

Express or priority shipping charges vary and will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
Tracking number
A link to track the shipment status
You can check your delivery progress anytime using the tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Exceptions
Askdiscountz is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Transport or logistic strikes
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address entered at checkout
For delayed orders, contact our support team — we’ll assist you promptly.
6. Address Changes
Requests to change the delivery address must be made before the order ships.
Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
Please ensure the address entered at checkout is accurate.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact support with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
For lost shipments (according to carrier tracking), we will work with the shipping partner to locate or replace your order.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
8. International Shipping

International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance.
Import duties, tariffs, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
