1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is received.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping services with estimated delivery times based on your location:

3. Shipping Charges

  • Express or priority shipping charges vary and will be shown at checkout before payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • A link to track the shipment status
    You can check your delivery progress anytime using the tracking link provided.


5. Delivery Exceptions

Askdiscountz is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport or logistic strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address entered at checkout

For delayed orders, contact our support team — we’ll assist you promptly.


6. Address Changes

  • Requests to change the delivery address must be made before the order ships.

  • Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

  • Please ensure the address entered at checkout is accurate.


7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact support with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • For lost shipments (according to carrier tracking), we will work with the shipping partner to locate or replace your order.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


8. International Shipping

  • International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance.

  • Import duties, tariffs, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
