AskDiscountz – Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Partial Refunds

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the order was marked as a gift but shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
If eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
